The third activity of this project, exchange of experience of partners´ helpers, followed in Budapest, in the Megálló.  This time, a mental health expert and a social worker of the Nádej centre visited a Hungarian partner and during a five-day study trip they had an opportunity to learn more about the work and the treatment methods of the Megálló Group Foundation.

Two specialists had the opportunity to participate in self-help groups, theatre trainings, watch the educational program and even the “live library” supporting drug prevention aimed at high school students. Of course, in no case could skip playing football together, which is also a therapeutic tool.

The study trips of helpers ended a workshop on October 20, in which co-workers of two partner organizations – with presence of students from the Megálló – summed up their experience, lessons learnt and shared how it enriched one other.
